Return and Refund

Thanks for shopping at CSMAKEUP.MY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Item purchased cannot be return and refund unless the item received is of wrong order to your invoice or defect item. You have 7days after you receive the item to have your defect/wrong sent item for exchange. 

Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange item sent to your address. 

Shipping costs are non refundable.
